What happens if I need to self-isolate?

If you are experiencing any symptoms you will need to self-isolate. Please let your customer and SuperCarers know immediately.

Unfortunately, in this scenario our cancellation period will stand and you will not necessarily be paid for these shifts.

We understand that these are challenging times, so have suggested customers may want to make a contribution in these situations.

We understand that the government are exploring support for self-employed workers. We will share these as soon as anything is announced.
