About Us

Who are SuperCarers?

SuperCarers is an introductory service, which uses technology to connect care seekers with trusted care providers.

Over the past 3 years, we have connected hundreds of care seekers with independent, experienced carer workers, all of whom are fully vetted by us.

We now want to increase the care options we offer families, helping them make an educated choice about the best care option for them.

We know that, in many circumstances, a managed service with a regulated agency is more appropriate. However, we have learned that many customers do not realise this without guidance and find it difficult to know how to choose a trusted care agency.

By working with only the very best agencies, we aim to make this process simple.

The people

Our Story

Brothers Adam and Daniel Pike founded SuperCarers after watching their mother struggle to find high-quality local care options for their grandmother. Grandma Pam wanted to stay at home, but their poor experiences with home care (and a lack of understanding of alternatives) led the family to reluctantly choose residential care. Their goal is to make sure that no other family is forced to make that same hard decision.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who are SuperCarers?

SuperCarers is an introductory service, which helps families find the best care options in their area. Our platform is used by both self-employed carers and regulated agencies, allowing customers to choose from managed and non-managed services. We aren’t a regulated agency and therefore not registered with the CQC, instead we are classed as an ‘introductory service’.

What are the costs?

There is no upfront cost to agency partners when registering to receive new customer opportunities. Any fees charged are only due on leads that actually convert to customers. If you’d like to know more, please get in touch and our agency on-boarding team would be happy to discuss this with you.

Why are you doing this?

Our mission is to help families find the best care for their own needs, allowing elderly and otherwise vulnerable adults to live fulfilling and independent lives. We know that the independently coordinated care we currently offer our customers isn’t right for everyone. We also know that it is very difficult for families to understand what is best for them – and just as hard to pick the right agency once they have decided to go down that path. We want to help address this challenge.

How do I register?

We welcome individual agency franchisees and independent care agencies to register through the site. Simply complete the registration form on the website, and then agree to the contractual terms and conditions. We’ll then review your application, make sure you meet our quality standards, and let you know once you’re up and running in our system.

I’m an agency franchisor. Can I register multiple franchisees with you?

Absolutely. Please get in touch with us on agencies@supercarers.com.

What is the minimum requirements for a prospective care agency wishing to register?

In order to ensure that all services provided through the SuperCarers platform are of the highest quality, we can only accept applications from agencies rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ for every one of the CQC’s five Key Lines of Enquiry.

How do I de-register my agency?

If your agency would no longer like to receive leads and would like to terminate the introductory agreement, you may do so according to the termination clause, by providing notification either in writing or via e-mail to agencies@supercarers.com

Who can I contact if I have queries?

For general enquiries, you can get in touch via our customer service team, reached on 020 8629 1030. If your enquiry relates to new or existing agency partnerships, please e-mail agencies@supercarers.com and we’ll respond or call back as soon as we can.

What if my CQC ratings change?

If your CQC ratings change in any way, you must inform us of this change immediately so we can correctly inform customers of the quality of your service.

What if my question isn’t answered?

Please reach out to our friendly team either via phone or e-mail. Our e-mail address for agency enquires can be sent to agencies@supercarers.com and we will be back in touch as soon as possible.
