Financial benefits
Subject to contract, Home Instead live in care roles pay from £100 per day. Flexible roles or shorter assignments may pay more and you can find a role to work financially for you, giving the security of employment with entitlements such as annual holiday.
Training opportunities
You can focus on providing respite support for clients with a range of different needs by getting access to Home Instead’s award winning online and in-person training as you need it. Over time you can take on different assignment types to develop your skills and career.
Local support
Given Home Instead offices are local whether you’re providing respite or ongoing care support is always close by. The office teams and managers can easily pop in for a supportive cup of tea with you and the customer and provide additional guidance when needed.

Once we have reviewed your application you will be able to have an initial call with our recruitment team to get to know you better before booking in for a final interview.

Complete your compliance

We will work with you to help you to complete the compliance steps and apply for a new DBS if required!
