When you complete the applications and onboarding forms to the SuperCarers website you are asked to review and accept our terms and conditions, by ticking various boxes which will be displayed.
By accepting our terms and conditions you are agreeing to the terms of use of the SuperCarers online platform. This includes details of the agreement between all the parties on the platform.
SuperCarers is not party to the agreement you have with your client and you engage directly with them. If you want to create a separate written agreement with your customer, this is at your discretion.
