No, we are not registered with or regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The CQC explicitly states that introductory services such as ours are outside the scope of regulation and as such do not need to be registered with the CQC.
Service providers must be regulated if they direct and manage care, neither of which SuperCarers does and your carer is not our employee.
If you require a fully managed care service, then you should look for the CQC logo and rating of the agency you engage with.
