These candidates can apply for your role based on your needs description, which you can see alongside their detailed personal profiles on our online platform and charge rate.
Once you have chosen which carer(s) you think could be a great fit, you’ll be put in touch with them via the online platform to arrange an introductory meeting - either over the phone, via a video call or in person for a trial shift. You may contact more than one carer to help you come to a decision.
We also recommend that all people involved in the care; family member(s), the person receiving care and carer are present at the first meeting. If you live away from your older relative, you can arrange a separate call with your carer.
Once you are confident that a particular carer is right for your family, you can confirm your choice and the carer can start as soon as you both agree.
