Firstly, you will need to submit an enquiry on SuperCarers website, or give us a call on 020 8629 1030, after which you will receive the profiles of available local carers who apply for your role.
Once you have chosen a carer, you will be able to contact them directly to discuss your loved one’s requirements and your requirements further.
If you are happy to proceed with the carer, you can arrange a first meeting with the carer directly. You are able to request any further information directly from your carer (or with their permission from us, subject to data protection), such as their personal or professional references, details of their experience or any more information about them.
If you are satisfied they will be a great fit, then you can book your chosen carer and set up your care schedule. We also recommend that all people involved in the care (family member(s), the person who receives the care and carer) are present at the first meeting. If you live away from your older relative, you can arrange a separate call with your carer.
