Carers on the platform provide home help and companionship services to their clients.
There are different care types including, visiting day care, night care (sleeping and waking nights) and live-in care. As you hold a direct relationship with your carer it is your and your carer’s decision to determine what activities are required and suitable.
We do not provide care assessments, however you can request one from your Local Authority. The skills and experience of the carers on the platform will be listed on their profile in order that you can determine which carers are most suitable for a particular job and for you to discuss and agree between you what care tasks are required.
