How do I amend my booking?

If you already have a relationship with a specific carer and wish to update their shifts, the quickest and easiest way is to contact them directly and see if they are available and can accommodate the changes. This is one of the reasons holding a direct relationship is important as you do not need to go through an agency to arrange this.

It is helpful if the schedule is updated on the platform or you let us know, either by email at or on 020 8629 1030, to make sure that the schedule is up to date/accurate as this determines what your carer bills you and what fee you pay to us.
