What is SuperCarers’ cancellation policy?

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel a booking, you can do so, however you may still be charged.

Outlined below is the required notice to avoid incurring any charges for each service:

  • In the first week of care, a 24-hour’s notice is required to cancel care.
  • After the first week of care, a 14-days’ notice is required to cancel care. However if you just need to cancel one shift with your carer, then you only need 48 hours.

As this is a direct relationship you can agree terms with your carer and they may act with discretion depending on circumstances. If you would like to cancel your care you should notify your carer directly and email us at hello@liveincare.homeinstead.co.uk.
