Unless you have negotiated otherwise directly with your carer, bank holiday rates will be processed at the recommended multiplier of 1.5 x the usual rates.
These will be automatically calculated on your consolidated invoice. Please note that, if a holiday falls on a weekend, unless you have agreed otherwise with your carer, holiday rates will be applied on both the holiday itself and the resulting Monday bank holiday.
Similarly, Easter Sunday is treated as a holiday unless otherwise agreed.
