We are also one of the only care organisations in the country committed to securing the equivalent of a Real Living Wage for carers who advertise their services on our platform, which we believe is essential both to support carers’ welfare and to ensure that they can focus on providing the very best care to their customers.
SuperCarers’ commission amounts to 25% for hourly and night-time care, and 20% for live-in care (of the total amount you pay). We are a disclosed agent for VAT purposes and our fee includes VAT and is used to cover all platform costs and transaction charges.
